Our return policy lasts 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. 

If you would like to revoke the purchase contract, you must send us a declaration of revocation within 14 days of the purchase, i.e. conclusion of the contract. Please write this by email.

No refund will be granted for losses resulting from late collection or customer refusal to accept delivery. Refusal or non-acceptance of the order upon delivery is not a cancellation and the customer thereby breaks the purchase contract and we are therefore not obliged to refund the purchase amount. Even sending it back without comment is not enough. The revocation takes place by expressly informing our customer service, 14 days from receipt of the goods.

Without revocation, you are in default of acceptance and the purchase contract remains valid. 

Some types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Please contact our customer service. They will give you the address to send the shipment back.

There are certain situations in which only partial refunds will be given: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes or records.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
*Any items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, email us.

gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will follow up on your return.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact customer service by email.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for your exchanged product to reach you.
